The sixth annual Super 4miler is a fun run/walk that will be a great way to start your Super Bowl Sunday. It's a flat/fast course on the streets of Goleta plus a portion through the trails of Lake Los Carneros Park.

Date: Sunday, February 3rd, 2013 @ 9:00am. Rain or shine!

Location: Stow Grove Park, Goleta, CA, 580 N. La Patera Lane (Intersection of La Patera & Cathedral Oaks). From either north or south 101 take Los Carneros exit and turn towards mountains to right on Cathedral Oaks. Go around 1/2 mile to right on La Patera. Stow Grove Park is on the left.

Registration: Both mail-in and online registration are available. Online at www.active.com. Mail-in registration form and payment must be received by Wednesday, January 30th, 2013. Online registration will end at midnight, January 31st, 2013

Entry Fees: Regular $30 ($15 for under 16 years old) for pre-registered. Late: $40 (after 2/2/13). No refund. T-shirt availability cannot be guranteed for race day entrants.

Early Packer Pick-up: At Goleta Valley Athlectic Club, 170 Los Carneros way on Saturday, February 2nd, 2013 12 noon to 4pm.

Late Registration: On race day Sunday morning at Stow Grove Park from 7:30am to 8:45am

Awards: Awards 3-deep in every age category.  Medals to all participants.
